    I am sorry that I don’t remember my PR on 3, 5 and 10 km. I was running a lot 65-55 years ago. 😉

    Hey Jason!
You run a lot , I see! I am not a runner but a biker! 😊 Thanks for following my blog! You have a cool blog here! Greetings from Belgium!

HI Jason, Your mother (My family has a house at SHL) suggested that I check out your blog… and it looks awesome. I am super impressed with your times and distances. It definitely takes a lot of training and dedication. I have ran in a couple of marathons, several 1/2s, and many 10Ks, and 5ks. I have been running more trails recently and love it. I just completed the Bear Mountain North Face Endurance Challenge 26.2 in May and recently ran the Solstice 14K up in New Paltz. I have a 50K trail planned in October. I look forward to reading you blogs and getting any helpful tips 🙂

That’s great! I’d like to do one of the Bear Mountain races at some point! Which 50k are you doing in the fall?

      • hmetz20 says:

I will running the Bimblers Bluff 50K in southern Connecticut, I am really excited! Last year I attempted the 60K run in Central Park in November, but had to pull out at mile 22. I don’t think I planned very well because prior to that race, I ran the NYC marathon and did not give myself enough time to recover… I ran it kind of hard and PR’ed my marathon time. So I am looking for a little redemption with this run and would love to “just finish!”

      • Jason says:

Nice! That’s about an hour from where I grew up – it’s very pretty there!

  15. Hi Jason,

Thanks for checking out my blog! So….you finish a FULL marathon about 15-20 minutes after I finish a HALF, hahaha!

  16. Wow! What an inspiration you are! BTW, I LOVE your blog name! Too perfect!

  19. Sweaty Mess says:

Thanks for the follow! Your races & times are amazing. I won’t even dream of coming close, but still, nice to know it’s possible! Maybe one day, right? Just let me make it through my half.

  20. Desiree says:

I’m so glad you found me because now I’m so excited to follow you! Holy smokes you are speedy!!!!

  21. Madison says:

Daaaaangggg you fast. Thanks for following my blog! I look forward to reading about your runs!

  22. Sandy says:

Wow, great race times. I’m not sure I could beat you on my mountain bike. I’m slower but getting into longer distances. Just signed up for my first 50k. Looking forward to reading more about your races and training.

    • Jason says:

I just checked out your blog – we’re practically neighbors! Well, our states are neighbors, anyhow. That should be an excellent race!!

      • Sandy says:

Cool! I’ll have to check out more of your race reports. As my kids get older, I’m planning to travel farther for races (farther being more than 5 miles from my front door)!

      • Jason says:

I understand completely – I’m the same way right now. All of my races are local (which isn’t such a bad thing).

  23. CeeJayKay says:

16.41 for 5k??? Wow! Bows with wavy hands! 🙂

  24. Tad says:

Jason, thanks for the follow and I’ve followed back! I’m 44 and I’ve only been “racing” such as it is for 3 years. I’m primarily running roads and chasing the 3:00 mark in the marathon right now, but I love trails and will look to your blog to tap your experience when I attempt an 50 or 100 mile ultra some time in the next year!

  25. Hi Jason, thanks for the follow! I must say I’m pretty impressed by your accomplishments! I look forward to following your updates 🙂
