This Boston Globe article (by the authors of the book) gives a nice overview.

  1. That sounds like such an interesting book. I’m not reading many books lately, unfortunately, just not enough time..

  2. Wow, this book sounds very interesting. I’ll have to put it on my list! Right now I’m reading a couple of books – one for a book club I just joined. I prefer non-fiction and historically-based reads.

I love reading running related books. One of my favorites is The Long Run by Matt Long and Bart Yasso’s book is great, he’s has so many amazing running adventures!

  4. It sounds like an interesting read! I’ve never really read any books on running. I like reading a variety of things. I love Dan Brown, read all of his books, I also enjoy some chicklit like Sophie Kinsella; however, from time to time I like reading more insightful books on self-improvement, economy or finance (I especially like books written by Malcolm Gladwell). xoxo
