My Quest For The Perfect Shoe

runningsomeecard

For as long as I can remember, I have been on a journey to find the perfect running shoe. At one point or another, I have run in shoes made by Reebok (laugh all you want), Brooks, Mizuno, Nike, Saucony, Asics, New Balance and Salomon (and possibly others that I’m forgetting). They were all fine, otherwise I would not have selected them. However, I still wanted something more.

Holy Grail

I can’t really describe the perfect shoe. It just needs to have the right amount of everything and nothing more. Maybe it’s not even out there. Maybe it’s just something I made up so that I can keep trying on shoes. But I’m going to keep searching, because maybe, just maybe, it’s out there.

Good luck! I’ve tried several over the years, but for the past few I’ve stuck with Brooks Pure Flow. They’ve worked for me so far!!! Injury free to boot!

  2. There’s no perfect anything…. but trying to find it is always fun. 🙂
