This blog is all about running! It will include posts on training, racing, equipment (especially shoes), race reviews, nutrition, pro athletes and whatever else I come up with! I have about twenty years of “formal” running experience and I look forward to sharing my stories with you – past, present and future. I am going to attempt two posts per week and since I’m a newbie blogger, I look forward to your comments and suggestions!
